VACANCY FOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (AUTOMATIC GATES & BARRIERS)

To be considered for this position you will have a minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role as a Business Development Manager, within the industry

Salary:

Excellent salary for the right candidate including uncapped commission, with 28 days paid holiday (includes bank holidays).

Company Overview:

Country Gates & Barriers specialise in the installation and maintenance of all types of CE approved Perimeter Security solutions, such as Automatic Gates, Barriers, Turnstiles, Fencing, Access Control, CCTV and all other associated Security Products.

Role Summary:

Due to continued expansion, we are looking to appoint a “dynamic” Business Development Manager with previous experience in the gate/barrier automation or CCTV and access control industry, who has a proven track record in selling solutions to clients throughout the commercial and domestic sectors.

The Candidate:

Being mainly field-based and including site meetings & surveying, the ideal candidate will have impeccable interpersonal and communication skills, have excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills, be ambitious and be very self-motivated.

Key skills and responsibilities for the role include:

  • Targeted Business Development to new and existing customers (B2B and B2C), including full administration of Lead Generation software.

  • Self-Generation of leads through networking, cold-calling and any other professional method of contact.

This role is for a full-time position and includes the following:

  • Company Vehicle (full UK driving license required)
