The Client requested the supply, installation and automation of a pair of Bespoke Wrought-Iron swing & pedestrian gates with GSM Intercom. The client also requested signage to be placed onto the driveway gates and pedestrian gate of their Logo. They also requested for an additional Fence panel along with their logo.

The GSM Intercom system had to support multiple users under the Residential address so all residents could gain access and also allow visitors access with audio intercom wirings to each house number.

The new gates were installed with Roger Technology underground motors. A major advantage of the underground system is its aesthetic appeal as there is no need for any operating arms on the gates themselves.

Our client chose a Videx 9-Button GSM intercom with Keypad which is linked to each resident’s mobile phone on the development, Along with House names/numbers to correspond with any visitors attending the site.

The Pedestrian Gate also featured an automatic Ground Closer by Dormakaba which ensures the gate always closes behind the user ensuring optimum security at all times.
