Here at Country Gates and Barriers we take pride in providing you the customer with outstanding Maintenance and Service to support all our equipment once fully installed and handed over. There are many options to choose from depending on your budget.

It is imperative that your system is maintained on an annual basis so that you benefit from your system operating at its optimum level and in compliance with European Safety Directives.

If your gate automation has been installed for less than three years, having your equipment serviced will ensure the three year parts warranty is retained.

TYPICAL COMMERCIAL MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE COVER

This maintenance package will include ONE or TWO visits per annum, with full clean and test of all equipment and safety devices, the lubrication of required parts and full safety operational checks, evaluation of current use and possible future requirements.

Full report via maintenance sheet including any recommendations.

Benefits Are:-

  • TWO full maintenance visits for your commercial system, per annum as detailed above

Or:

  • ONE full maintenance visit for your residential/domestic system, per annum as detailed above
  • Priority engineer response
  • Helpdesk telephone support

  • Safety compliance checks

WARRANTY AND MAINTENANCE

All our products are covered by our 12 month parts and labour warranty, subject to products being maintained in accordance with Machinery Directive Regulations 2008, Health & Safety Regulations 1992, Health & Safety at Work Act 1974, Electricity at Work Regulations 1989, Civil Law, HSE, BS EN 12453, and the DHF Standards and Legislation.

Purchasing a maintenance contract will extend the working life of your equipment and will also ensure that your gates stay fully compliant and up to date with current Health and Safety Legislations.
