A fabulous new house development project based in Hale. The client was looking for a high-quality, bespoke and automated solution to ensure security, convenience and safety at all times.

Our team of talented installation and civils’ team have recently completed another bespoke project for our client in Hale. Upon entering the property you are stunned by the aesthetics and attention to detail of the property. We were a perfect match for this as our high quality products and attention to detail aligned perfectly. Located in hale, cheshire, this project has been a privilege to be a part of.

To complete this project, we used a combination of high-quality, safe and reliable equipment to make this all possible. The client was looking for a straightforward system that could be controlled via a key-fob when entering the property from the road. We added a range extender to allow a longer range as the customer is coming down the road towards the property. The automation equipment used for both gate models were supplied by BFT.

There are two entrances to this property, one that had sufficient space for swing gates and one tighter entrance which required a sliding gate. They were looking for a semi open design for both entrances to ensure the entrance wasn’t too enclosed and imposing.

For the gates, we supplied two bespoke Horizal Aluminium gates in the exact colour match the customer specified. For the swing gates we installed the ROSCANA model and for the sliding gate we installed the SERAM model.

The client also requested a video and audio intercom on both entrances which can be answered from inside of the house. Due to the poor signal in the area we did not recommend a GSM intercom and the functionality would have been limited. This was also not needed as nobody would be entering the property without fob or coded access.

The fully integrated automation included in this solution was thanks to our highly skilled engineers, who receive full industry standard training annual to ensure we always inline with the most up to date regulations and safety procedures.
