BASIC STARTING SALARY + OVERTIME – YOU COULD EARN IN EXCESS OF £35K PER YEAR.

To be considered for this position it is advantageous that you have experience in a role as an Installation Engineer within the Automatic Gate, Barrier and Access Control industry, but not essential as on-site training would be given.

This position may be of interest to someone in a similar background involving mechanical and electrical installations, who wants a change in direction.

This role requires a full clean Driving License.

Salary:

Excellent salary for the right candidate with “door-to-door” pay and 28 days paid holiday (includes bank holidays).

**Normal working hours are Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm, although occasionally, you may be required to start earlier or finish later and weekend work may be required at times, with overtime paid**

Country Gates & Barriers specialise in the installation and maintenance of all types of CE approved Perimeter Security solutions, such as Automatic Gates, Barriers, Turnstiles, Fencing, Access Control, CCTV and all other associated Security Products.

Role Summary:

Due to continued expansion, we are looking to appoint an Installation Engineer with previous qualified electrical and mechanical engineering experience, someone with excellent attention to detail who could adapt, supported with on-site training and supervision.

The Candidate;

Being a field-based Installation Engineer, the ideal candidate will be highly motivated, conscientious, trustworthy and possess the enthusiasm to work effectively both as an individual engineer or as part of a team.

Key skills and responsibilities for the role include:

• Installation of Automatic Gates, Barriers and all other associated Security Products listed above.
• Installation and Commissioning of various Automation systems and Access Control solutions (i.e. Intercoms, Ground Loops etc.).
• Commissioning & Official Handover of completed projects.

**Previous experience in the Automatic Gate, Barrier and Access Control industry is a pre-requisite when applying for this role**

**Welding experience would also be advantageous, as would a relevant CSCS Card**

This role is for a full-time position and includes the following;

• Company Vehicle (full UK driving license required).
• Full company uniform and PPE.
• Ongoing Training & Management Support.
